Cash · Credit or debit card · Bank transfer. A VAT invoice is issued for the services used.
Check-in
Check-in with a key at reception is from 14:00. Reception is staffed until 17:00. Guests must present an identity document for registration. After 17:00, check-in is available around the clock through a key box with a code. An extra bed can be arranged. Children aged 0–3 sleep in a cot. Guests under 18 are accommodated only with a parent or legal guardian.

Every unit has a minibar. Anything consumed is charged at the price list in the room.
Food and drink
On the ground floor of the building there is the Sweet café-patisserie, which bakes its own, and a Fornetti bakery, where you can have breakfast for an extra charge. Every room has a tea and coffee machine.
Check-out
Rooms are to be vacated by 12:00. Keys are handed in at reception or at the office. Self check-out is possible around the clock through the key box. An invoice is issued on request.
House rules
The general terms and house rules follow Bulgarian law in force.
- CCTV is installed in the common areas of the building. By using our services you consent to this.
- We guarantee the confidentiality of the personal data our guests provide.
- The equipment in every room is checked before check-in and after check-out.
- Guests are responsible for damage and missing items in the room they occupy. Where damage is found, it will be charged.
- Management may end the provision of services to guests who break the rules.
- Items left behind are kept for up to one month.
Not permitted
These restrictions exist to keep everyone safe and comfortable. The following are not allowed:
- Smoking in the rooms and in all indoor areas. This is charged as an additional fee.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Passing the key to third parties.
- Damaging the property.
- Removing or rearranging furniture and fittings.
- Parking in front of the hotel entrance.
